Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of the device and playlist-management information AZ Player needs, why it is used, and how you can request deletion.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the AZ Player Android application, customer device portal, download website and administrative service. AZ Player is a media player and device-management service; it does not provide, host or sell channels, movies, series, playlists or streaming subscriptions.

2. Information we process

  • Device identifiers generated or displayed by the app, including Device ID or MAC-style identifier, Device Code, device name, platform, app version and basic device information.
  • Service and security data, such as registration date, last-seen time, online status, activation state, trial status and technical request records.
  • Playlist configuration supplied by you or your authorized administrator, including playlist name, M3U URL or Xtream server URL, username and password. Treat these credentials as sensitive.
  • Playback-management information needed for features such as recently watched, continue watching, favourites and administrative playback status, when those features are enabled.
  • Support communications you send to us, including your email address and the contents of your request.

3. Why we use the information

  • Register and authenticate a device, operate the seven-day trial and activate a purchased player license.
  • Synchronize authorized playlist configuration between the secure portal and the registered device.
  • Provide playback features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and protect the service.
  • Administer subscriptions, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Content and playlist responsibility

We do not inspect, endorse or supply the media referenced by a user-entered playlist. You must use only content and services you own or are legally authorized to access. Playlist availability, legality, security and quality remain the responsibility of you and your chosen third-party provider.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, payment and technical service providers only as needed to operate AZ Player, complete a transaction, prevent abuse or comply with law. A playlist request is also sent to the third-party server address that you chose when the player loads your authorized media.

6. Retention and security

We retain device, license and playlist-management records while the device is active and for a reasonable period needed for support, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted network transport where supported, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share your Device Code or playlist credentials.

7. Your choices and deletion

You may clear local watch history in the application and request deletion of the server-side device record and saved playlist configuration. Visit the Data Deletion page or email support with the Device ID shown in the app. We may ask for the Device Code or other proof of control before completing a request.

8. Children and changes

AZ Player is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. Parents should use parental controls and supervise playlist sources. We may update this policy as the service, law or store requirements change; the current date will appear at the top of this page.
